This Teenager’s Twist On PB&J Is Too Good Not To Try

My now-15-year-old was the creator of this now a family favorite.  I believe he was around four years old when he asked my husband to make them for him one day for lunch.

Every month, I participate in what’s known as “the peanut butter challenge.” When the month begins, an ingredient is revealed and the participants must create a new and fun recipe that pairs this mystery ingredient with peanut butter. When given the old standby of jelly, my teenage son did something that we love.

Have fun and try different ingredients. We have used PB with Nutella or Gluten Free marshmallow fluff (cream).
